Gianna celebrated her 4th birthday at home with
her dear friend Tanisha. They both celebrated it by cutting the cake and having
pizza. Gianna also distributed some cupcakes in school among her classmates.
This birthday remains a special one as Gianna had her baby sister Rhea along
with her.
